I have to say the whole process wasn't exactly easy, but it was certainly worth all of it and you made the whole thing as bearable as possible. We can't thank you enough for everything you've done for us .When we came to you in December, it was such a low point for us it was the combination of months of disappointment and frustration. But your kindness, your expertise, and your professionalism brought hope and optimism back to us, and ultimately it made possible the pregnancy we weren't sure was possible. Words are not enough!
